Shipping Coordinator
Mancan has partnered with a manufacturing company in Middlefield who is in need of a shipping coordinator working on 1st shift 8:
30am-5pm. Pay starts at 15/HR. This is a direct hire position.
Job Responsibilities
o Create shipping list and schedule truck pickups.
o Prepare documentation for international export shipments.
o Assist with annual vendor NAFTA solicitation process.
o Prepare free-trade agreements for customers.
o Data entry duties including order processing, generating packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents.
o Accurately invoice customers for the product they were shipped.
o Process credit card orders.
o Maintain customer bar coding requirements.
o Answer customer inquiries.
Job Qualifications
o 3
years experience with order entry/shipping procedures (international & domestic) a must. Working knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and other various shipping carriers a must.
o Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
o Ability to make decisions by following established procedures.
o Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
o Advanced knowledge of MS Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
