Basic Function:
Responsible for customer relations and education to a broad base of potential clients and customers relative to Tarkett sample solutions and any number of related requests. Partnering with the company's outside Distributors, Regional Business Managers and Solutions Development Consultants in an effort to provide them with customer lead information needed to manage their specific territories. Responsible to manage and maintain customer samples orders and requested placed through Tarkett's website interface, and provide excellent customer service to any end users that may call in. Work with product managers in organizing sample collateral procured from outside vendors.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 1 year of customer service or marketing experience or equivalent college major. Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various personality types Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions Decision making capabilities Energetic, flexible and must be a team player
Preferred
Qualifications:
2 years customer service and marketing experience SAP experience
Additional
Responsibilities:
Communicate territory trends and share leads with outside sales team Develop and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels as assigned; maintain inventory reporting system for quick reference of samples support material availability and production times Manage external supplier relationships, deciding appropriate service standards, managing replenishment activities (ie Supplier needs for production and Tarkett requirements to fill orders)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
