It takes place on our beautiful three hundred and twenty-five acre working farm, and, because we charge by the day rather than by the encounter, involves much less bureaucracy than typical clinical settings.
We are looking for several master's degree licensed clinicians (LSW or LPC, independent licensure preferred:
LISW, LPCC) for multiple locations to join our growing community in both Mesopotamia and Cleveland.
We are seeking clinicians with a preferred minimum of two years' experience working with adults with serious mental illness and experience in one or more best practice clinical interventions (such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or ERP) to join our Clinical Team providing treatment to adults with cognitive or mood disorders such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, major depression, bipolar disorder, or obsessive-compulsive disorder in our unique therapeutic community.
Preferred candidates in addition will be either experienced or willing to receive training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for the treatment of individuals diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder, and/or be experienced in one of our other distinctive offerings--eco therapy, art therapy, music therapy, or animal/equine therapy.
