You will be responsible for providing custodial services to various commercial properties.
With a keen eye for detail and diligence in completion of tasks, our ideal applicant is available primarily to clean properties on nights but may have an occasional weekend shift.
Experience using various types of cleaning supplies and tools is preferred, but not required.
It is important for a commercial cleaner to be thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the customer's business.
Commercial cleaners play a key role in our growth and customer retention by consistently providing quality cleaning services to our valued customers.
Becoming a SMYLiES Commercial Cleaner would allow you the flexibility to make your own schedule to fit your needs.
Shifts vary, but run between 3 p.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
Cleans and disinfects floors and rooms; including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass and windows.
Cleans and disinfects restrooms; including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Empties trash and replaces liners.
Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Buff and maintain hard floors Perform light maintenance tasks as needed Follow established safety procedures and guidelines Performs additional duties as needed.
